It is estimated that products made of it are 7 times stronger than steel with the same weight. They are characterized by very good resistance to friction, solar radiation and chemical substances.
Its features make it perfect for tapes and cords used outdoors. UHMWPE is used in kitesurfing lines, in the production of parachutes, in sailing lines, windsurfing, climbing or even as towing lines.
